Sooo.
I've tried several times to update this since the accident, but haven't quite found the right words for it. I guess we'll see if this attempt makes it to my pages.
My brother died. My soul and laughter and heart died along with him. Accidental gunshot. Self-inflicted. NOT suicide. He was in his father's room, playing with the only unlocked gun in the house. He had been around guns his entire life, and knew every gun in that house was loaded, but I guess it was just a momentary lapse of reason, and then everything was over. For him. His memorial service is tomorrow, Saturday, March 12th at 12:00 PM at Tanaina Elementary School.
