Yes, characters may arrive by two different methods! If one character dreams their way to Juluca and another goes through a door, they are allowed to interact. The dreamer will obviously remember it as a dream, but they may discuss it later IC in a log or journals to reconcile the event between them. Furthermore, YES, it is okay to do a log with someone in Juluca you have not met yet in Spiral or with a character that does not play in Spiral, even if they have an alternate in Juluca.
