Music wafted out over the quiet night. Midvalley leaned back, and let the music pour out of his saxophone. Sylvia was in good form tonight, he thought. It was surprising, considering the sheer beating she'd taken - bullets and then exploding. He closed his eyes and let her sing.

So few things felt better than this.

He didn't break form in the slightest or give the smallest inclination that he knew he was no longer alone, but he was very aware of the boy's presence as Roxas took a seat on the stairs of nearby warehouse.

Roxas heard the soft music and looked over, seeing a presence in the darkness. He squinted, trying to see the other person, but all he could see was a dark outline, and an instrument.... it looked like a saxophone.

He didn't know whether he should walk over or not. He didn't know who this person was, but.... it wasn't like they were trying to attack him or something. He decided to call, just to see if the person even responded.

"Hello?"

An audience. How nice. Maybe the kid would have some money.

Midvalley lowered the saxophone and grinned. "Good evening," he replied, suave as ever. He could see Roxas much better than the boy could see him - clad in white, he reflected the darkness off of him just enough to make out his form. Midvalley knew the charm was being wasted on a child, but it didn't really stop him from turning it on. It was sort of habit - it would fade out after awhile if the kid got on his nerves.

And kids usually did.

Roxas narrowed his eyes and stepped forward. ".... Hey." He replied, not really knowing what to say. He got the impression that the man might've been there longer than he was, or at least for awhile, because most of the time when people saw him, the first thing they did was ask questions. Maybe he just didn't care.

He sighed quietly to himself, and stopped walking. "What's up?" A completely neutral question. The man could answer anyway he wanted.
