He walked toward the voice until he could actually see the owner of the voice. He smiled and waved a hand - his right hand - in greeting.
"Um...hi! Sorry, I was just looking for food, and I guess I got lost. Not that...I knew where I was in the first place..."

"Hello!" She looked at him, then down at the cookies before offering it to him. "Here, you can have some of this. It's not much, but at least it's food, right?"
She cocked her head curiously to the side. "You must be new here. The city's always tring to get people lost and the doors aren't much help either."

He took one of the cookies from her, not wanting to be rude by taking more, and tasted it. "Hey, these are good." He swallowed, then continued, "I'm new here, yes. But...I haven't been through any doors. Is something wrong with them?"
He finished the cookie in only a couple bites, and then remembered his manners. "OH! I'm sorry, I'm Allen. Allen Walker."

"You look like you need them more than I do," she explained. "I'm pretty sure we have some more back where I'm staying."
She paused, wondering how to explain about the doors. "The doors... don't really lead where they're supposed to. When I first got here, I met a really nice person, but I got separated from him after going through a door. When I looked up, I was in a different place altogether!"
Her eyes widened at his name before she smiled brightly. "Allen-san! It's nice to finally meet you! It's me, Sakura! I posted a comment on your journal."

He tilted his head and looked a little confused. First there were whole different worlds and now the doors led to strange places? "...The last place I was before here, that kind of happened with the doors, but I don't think it's quite the same. I'll have to go through one and see."
He remembered the key that Tiki Mick had given him, and wondered if he still had it or not. He'd have to check later.
He blinked once, then smiled again. Her smile was infectious, it seemed. "Oh! Yes, I remember! Nice to meet you in person, Sakura."

She frowned a bit in concern. "You should be careful," she told him solemnly. "There are bad people around, and the places the doors lead to aren't very safe sometimes."
She shivered a bit, remembering her neeting with Sanzo at the cemetery and the invisible monster at the school.
"I'm glad you remember me," she said, smiling faintly, though she was still worried about him. "If you're still hungry, maybe you should look in one of the shops."

"I'm not too worried about bad people; I've had my share of them. But I'll be careful, don't worry!"
He laughed a little. "I have a good memory. Anyway, I haven't talked to very many other people. I was looking for a shop, but then I...was suddenly here. Are they nearby?"

She looked around. They were still in the neighborhood, and someone -- she couldn't remember if had been Yuuko or Watanuki -- had told her that there was a number of shops surrounding the teahouse.
"Well, I'm not too sure, but they should be somewhere around here. The teahouse I'm staying at isn't too far, so there should be other places like that nearby."

She shuffled her feet on the floor. "I don't really know how many people there are around here, but I've only ever met a few people face-to-face. Most of them I meet through their journals or in the chatroom that sometimes pops up."
