Who: Azuma Hazuki is currently alone, but her player always prefers company ^.^
What: Hazuki inspects the rumors about dragons/large monsters(aka the DarkTyranothingy).
Where: Around the tenements.
When: After Sui-desu's "desperate plea"-desu for assistance.
Rating: PG-13? G?
Open: Of course!
Most of the day the tall, dark haired woman had spent with thinking about certain ...issues. What Robin had said, what the robed figure had claimed. What she should do about all that.
The report of a supposedly dangerous monster potentially threatening the area had been a welcome distraction to such thoughts.
Her robed stalker had disappeared as well(for now?), and thus Hazuki was free to scout the area at her leisure.
There was an almost eerie silence in this place, unlike any city Hazuki had visited. The city was truly dead, inhabited only barely by the newcomers from many different worlds. Animals, too, seemed rare. Maybe that big creature that was all the talk now had eaten them - or the newcomers had, for food. She wouldn't put that past some of them.
Carefully, Hazuki checked another road. Still no sign of the beast. Again, she wondered if it was just a rumor several others had picked up. But still, one could never be sure.
And, just as she was almost convinced that the rumor had been wrong, the ground vibrated.
And again.
Narrowing her eyes, Hazuki moved closer into the shadow of a wall to the side of the road, clutching her weapon closely. More thuds followed, then a bellowing roar, and finally, the huge creature stomped into view, apparently not having noticed Hazuki yet.
Yes, it was large - about as big as that "cat-demon" she had faced in the caves on that world, such a long time ago, although it didn't appear to be as agile. It looked more like a dinosaur than a dragon, with red marks on its body and oversized claws for arms. Its huge fangs marked it as a predator - and its size mostly told Hazuki one thing:
It'd need a lot of food, and so far, the only food fit for a predator in this area seemed to be the people living here. No wonder that person on the net had been afraid. That creature was, most likely, quite hungry.
This, of course, mostly left one question.
What was the best course of action to ensure that it would not be a danger for pretty much everyone around?
OOC: In a recent OOC note, the tyra-thingy was still around, other characters have talked about it, so I guess it's fine to do something like this... x.x If not, well, just ignore this and I'll delete of course!
Anyone wanting to join in dealing with this hazard in some way? :) Can't have it run around for weeks, after all.
