No birds in the sky, no sun either, everything was covered by the heavy clouds that made her feel scared, vulnerable and so very, very small. Alessa Gillespie huddled underneath a tree, hugging herself and watched the water that surrounded the small hill that the tree stood upon, as it showed no sign of draining away. She didn't like the water. It was too much, too deep and she wasn't a very good swimmer.
She tried to remember how she had gotten separated from Demyx, but she couldn't make out the details. All she knew was that they had gotten separated somehow, and that she was now alone again. Being alone meant that she had far too much time to think. About her mommy for example and how much she missed her. Trying to keep her spirits up and just keep going seemed so... difficult.
If only there was someone out there, someone who wasn't scary, that she could talk to.
At least she wasn't hungry anymore.
