Where: The Staircase
What: Hogwarts pulled one over him. Kind of.
Footsteps and hisses echoed in the long, winding tunnels ran beneath the school. No human except this lone traveler and his heir were supposed to know about this hidden place, and he was successful in keeping it that way.
Unfortunately, it was time to abandon this sanctuary and lull his lovely pet to sleep for future encounters. The wizard had already gathered all his important belongings; they were in a small pouch in a deep pocket of his robe. He made sure that all the entrances were sealed, and that the rooms were ready for their next use. He was sad to leave this place, but the thought that he outwitted the other three consoled him somewhat.
The exit was at the end of a long stone tunnel lined with non-flaming torches, but he didn't mind. He and his basilisk were due for a long talk.
"Keep watch," he hissed. "I do not want those fools finding out about this place. And aid him when the time comes - you know who he is."

A long shadow ran over the walls and floor, replacing them with doors and steps, respectively. Salazar's left hand quickly sought his wand, and his right rested on the hilt of a dagger strapped on his belt.
"What trickery is this!?" he hissed, pressing himself against the wall and blending in with the shadows. Another set of footsteps were approaching. The large snake coiled around her wizard protectively and hissed a threat.
