Shahi blinked once at the new surroundings. He had heard the doors to Prince Derek's room slam behind him, but he didn't even need to turn to know they were not there now. This was not the too-familiar palace hallway. This....what was this? In the end, Shahi did not know.

He noticed the girl right away, but he did not say anything. He looked at her, with his eyes like glass, and stood, waiting for....something. Really, he was unaccustomed to speaking first - it was something he rarely did. Though perhaps she was the one who brought him here?

...No. Judging from the confusion he noticed on her face, they were somehow in the same predicament. But whyHe took one silent step towards the girl, not wishing to frighten her. If nothing more, perhaps she could lead him to somewhere more hospitable than this dark street

She started to walk forwards, when she saw someone else moving in the shadows. Startled slightly, she paused and looked over at the other figure.

Seeing that it seemed she was in no imminent danger, she walked towards him.

"Hi... I seem to be a bit lost... Do you happen to know where we are?" she tried to read his face as she said this. She hoped that this person wasn't intending her any harm. Since she didn't know where any of the others were.

He shook his head just a little. The usual adornments he wore jingled just a little as he did so.

"I just appeared here, myself," he said softly.

"Mm..." She smiled softly at the noise his garments made. She liked things that made noise like that, it reminded her of the clothes she used to wear back at home.

"So are you able to cross worlds?" she asked cautiously.
