If he had any idea of where he was and what he was doing, he had lost that idea a long time ago. Fuji Syusuke had been asleep at home in his bed in Tokyo - or at least he thought so - when suddenly he had found himself on a couple of stairs. Not just any stairs either, stairs that seemed to continue downwards almost unendlessly. He could feel a slight surge in the pit of his stomach and he swallowed, wondering absentmindedly why he wasn't cold, even if he was standing in his pajama. Looking down on himself, the fourteen year old realized he wasn't wearing his night clothes; instead he was wearing a light blue shirt, dark denim pants, a white jacket and white sneakers.
Maybe I'm dreaming, he mused and figured that since this probably was a dream, he shouldn't allow it to grow static. He should move. The only way seemed down, so that was the way he went. Down and down and down and down, the seemingly endless trek would soon get even to him, wouldn't it, even though he considered himself to be in at least somewhat good shape. The

Raito almost froze in his place. Who was behind him? Who called out? The language wasn't the issue, he could speak it perfectly. It was just his thoughts racing. Was it someone, or something, that was trying to trick him, or was it really someone else? Slowly glancing back, he gave a relieved smile. "Oh, hello there!" It was just another person. Nothing to worry about. Nothing to alarm him. Nothing to push him from his mindset. Maybe, he was just being a bit paranoid..
"Are you lost too?" He spoke out as he decided to go back to where he had come from, leading up to those stairs. The large gates weren't such a wonder anymore. He found someone else, and that was fine. It was weird that this person had come from the same stairs he had; that means, that more people could be up there? He glanced up past the figure, curiously. "Is there...a door up there or something? I came..from the same spot.." Now, he was putting on a show. Lets just pretend its confusing.
Fuji locked his hands behind his back, studying the tall youth in front of him. Probably Japanese then, thank gods. He was handsome, and his eyes were extremely intelligent, however somewhat unreadable. The tennis prodigy couldn't bring himself to relax in the other boy's presence, not yet.
"I guess I am", he smiled, giving a light shrug. "I came from one door, but there were several doors on the way down, but I didn't open any of them."
He had one question on the tip of his tongue: What are you doing in my dream, by the way?, however, he held his peace.
