Who: Hazel, Ky Kiske and Chii What: Ky visits Hazel for tea, coffee and... biscuits? Where: Hazel's house When: After the plague Rating: G, PG? Open: Nope.
Ky felt like he'd been out and about quite a bit, lately. It was the spar first (which he felt a little bad over, especially with how it seemed to have effected Vergil negatively), then a meeting with newcomers, and now the invitation from Hazel. He wasn't adverse to going around and staying active, but he wasn't sure if this was the right way to go about. Going to another person's house and sharing tea in a situation like this was somewhat... inappropriate, wasn't it?
Nevertheless, he was already at Hazel's door. He double-checked for pink flamingos (which were bloodstained from the rain, giving them a morbid appearance) and finally knocked at the door.
Chii was sitting on the bed in her new room with her eyes closed. After a few moments, "the girl with the same face as Chii", as she was calling her, appeared. Freya took a place next to her little sister
( ... )
Hazel opened the door with much enthusiasm, it had been a while since he had seen any visitors after the dolls came over for tea.
"Monsieur Kiske! Bonjour!" Hazel chirped at the blond, "although, I don't think the situation in this strange world calls for a bon jour. Do come in!" He ushered Ky in.
"By the way, monsieur, this young girl here is Chii," with a gentle smile, he motioned to the persocom beside him, "she says she's looking for this man named Hideki. By chance, monsieur, being an arm of the law, do you have any knowledge of a man by that name?"
[ooc: alsdjf omg i am so sorry, i did not know that i wasn't tracking the log!]Ky found himself the victim of a very happy Bishop. He was barely able to say anything before he was brought inside. When he found his bearings, he was able to finally greet the man with a small smile. "It's good to see you again
( ... )
Chii watched Ky being almost dragged inside with interest. She hasn't seen something like this before. Well, except maybe for Hideki being dragged inside Minoru's place by his home-made persocoms. Oh well.
After a few moments, their guest extended his hand. Not really knowing what to do with it, Chii just bowed as Hideki taught her. "Nice to meet you, Mr. Guest!" She looked at Ky once again. "Chii is all right." She blinked as she listened to what the man was saying. "Thank you! Chii will look for him, too." That reminded her of something. "Mr. Guest, Mr. Priest... Do you know something about 'Motomiya Daisuke'?"
Hazel chuckled as he saw Chii bow instead of giving Ky a handshake. "Ah... so it seems like her origin is from the east," he then turned to Chii, his face scrunching up out of habit whenever he was deep in thought.
"I think I've heard of a Daisuke... but I'm not sure if he's the Daisuke you're looking for, miss," he looked at Ky, his blue eyes wide with inquiry, "perhaps would you know anything of a Daisuke, monsieur?"
Ky pulled back his hand as she bowed. He gave a small, gentlemanly bow in return. "'Ky' is just fine, Miss Chii," he said in response to the title she gave him.
As for a Motomiya Daisuke... He thought of where he could have heard the name.
"It does sound familiar. Perhaps someone has mentioned it over the network?" he asked Hazel. His expression grew more serious as aanother thought hit him. "Perhaps he might be another missing person? There have been many, lately."
"Ky... Ky... Chii remembers!" the persocom repeated the guest's name over and over again. When she made sure that she won't forget his name, Chii decided to tell him and Hazel about her search results.
"Motomiya Daisuke asked Chii to find him. Chii did her best and thinks he's somewhere north to the warehouses." She smiled, waiting for their response.
[[ooc: YES! Aaaaand we're back :D Sorry for the delay, too. Thanks to chorale concert season I haven't been able to check all my email addresses.]]
"That's fantastic Chii-han," Hazel began, perking up as he heard what Chii said. "Shall we take you to where Daisuke is? I believe you'd need escorting. You'll never know what could happen here on these dark streets."
"If this is a person who has been missing," Ky said thoughtfully, "then it would be worth looking into." It could lead them to others who are missing, as well. And who to who the kidnappers were.
However, it was only them who were going. The City being what it was, they could run into trouble for all he knew. Ky wasn't completely sure if the Bishop could fight, though Hazel had hinted that hewas capable. And Chii didn't seem like someone who could defend herself. (True, looks could be deceiving, but he didn't want to make the wrong assumption at her risk.)
But this chance... They certainly needed to find this person as soon as possible. His condition might not allow them time.
He nodded, making his decision. "If the Bishop and I both go, things should be all right." Ky would make sure of it; he would do everything he could to guard them.
He gave Chii an assured smile. "We'll make sure nothing comes to harm you or 'Daisuke'. We can find him."
[ooc: I actually don't know if Daisuke is around or not. Not to mention, he's being held captive by another person who is... not currently active either. (And we'd probably need to talk to the both of them.) Ah, so... I'm not sure what to do about this. Should we ask a mod?]
Nevertheless, he was already at Hazel's door. He double-checked for pink flamingos (which were bloodstained from the rain, giving them a morbid appearance) and finally knocked at the door.
[ooc: is there a posting order?]
