Who: Chrno and House, and eventually Rosette
What: Chrno is spazzing out over Rosette bleeding! And thusly runs through the town where he runs into House.
Where: Outside the Tenement buildings.
When: Right after Rosette realized 'oh snaps I'm bleeding D:'.

It was happening again. It was bad enough when it happened to Mary, frightening when he saw it happened to her.
And now it was happening to Rosette. And once again, Chrno was useless: he couldn't protect her, as much as he tried, from what was happening all over again.
The devil ran through the streets, trying to find someone, something to help Rosette. He couldn't let her die. His braid streamed behind him and his crimson jacket flared as he ran. It wasn't as fast as it could have been had he had wings, but there was no way he was relying on that now.
All he cared about was finding someone for Rosette.
Of course, maybe he should have been paying a bit more attention to where he was going. He realized there was someone in his way too late, and despite trying to stop before a collision, his reflexes were too delayed and he bumped into someone, getting knocked on his rear in the process.
"...Ahh! I'm.. I'm sorry!"
