What: Cloud needs marijuana something for his phantom pains.
Where: "North end of the warehouse district" and then hopefully the bar! :D
When: BACKDATED! During the heatwave.
Rating: PG, I guess? What the hell, PG-13 to be safe.

Yuri was about ready to strip down. It was way too hot for what he was wearing, and he couldn't think of any other way to cool off. Other than jumping in a lake. But even then, the water might be boiling or something. He'd turn into a Yuri soup.
Not to mention, the guy he was meeting probably wouldn't appreciate being greeted by some naked weirdo. Ha, there was a mental image.
Yuri sighed, trying to ignore the heat and focusing his attention on getting to the meeting point.
