My idea, bitches
I just found out that there's a gym in Oregon that is powered entirely by the use of the cardio machines. So basically, if you want to watch TV from the exercise bike, you have to pedal so the TV gets power.
Motherfucker, that was so totally my idea dammit. I was thinking to myself one day at the gym and told Marisa that imagine how much money you could save on powering the gym when you make the patrons do it themselves. It's a cash cow because you could market it as a green gym and the environmentally conscious would eat that shit up. You'd be sitting on a gold mine.
Well more power to the guy in Oregon (no pun intended). The only problem with that whole thing is you'd have to re-engineer the machines to hook into a turbine or something, and that cost might offset the money you'd save in power. Still it might be a worthwhile investment over time.
God I'm bored. My job has another delayed opening today until 10 so I really have nothing to do until then.
