In Chicago
Hello all,
My computer is still not here, it's arriving tomorrow I think, if not then ... Saturday or Monday. Who knows. I'm on my roommate's computer right now, just letting everyone know that I'm alive and I should be back online really, really soon.
School is going really well, so far, except for the fact that I have two classes downtown so I have to take the "L" to get there. BLAH. Oh well ... at least it's not freezing here yet.
I just got back from the library and hopefully I will be going to the gym soon for a workout or two ... even though my calves hurt like hell from walking/running everywhere. I don't think I've gotten this much exercise since I was on the cross country team in high school for like a semester or something... who knows.
Current question on my mind: Why in the hell does everyone at De Paul dress up to go ANYWHERE? I think that people probably dress up here to go to the bathroom. It's nuts. I would like to inform everyone that I have not conformed quite yet, and I still roll to class in flip-flops, jeans, and a t-shirt. I miss the South. Damn midwesterners. :)
All in all ... it's chilly here now so I'm going to go find something suitable to wear to the gym. Holler!
(BTW ... I got a new cell phone so umm ... if you need it, email me? Yeah.)
