Aaah yes, the holidays.
I'll make it brief: Got everything I asked for (minus season tickets to the Cubs' but we knew that wasn't going to happen anyway, because $5,000 for baseball tickets might be a bit much), and Christmas rocked. No church for the first year ever ... going through that thing that all religion majors go through (or should go through if you're actually studying) where I question my religion and everything I believe. Just in case everyone was curious, Jesus wasn't born on Christmas. Sorry to ruin that surprise for you. Oh, and Santa isn't real either. :)
New Year's: Will rock. Flying up to Chicago to be back with all those kids to ring in the New Year properly. Rock.
Love my family. Love hanging out with them, they're funny people. Haven't had any problems since I've been home. This by far has been the best break *ever*. Rock.
