Around this time of the year, I always end up seeing people I hadn't seen in a very long time. Like yesterday I ran into someone I hadn't even spoken to in almost 4 years. High School! It's weird, we're all grown up now, and only four years have passed. Tonight I happened to be parked next to someone I hadn't seen in almost 2 years! It's like everywhere I turn, I see someone I know and haven't stayed in touch with. Sometimes I wish I hadn't done that whole disappearing act when I left high school and broke all ties with people in my town.
Work is a little wierd. New boss coming soon, I'm being semi-stalked by angry community volunteers from a project I'm involved with, and Christmas gift-giving in the office. I'm not good at buying presents or restraining orders, so we'll see how the next few weeks go.
Oh! Apartment news! I'll be moving in sometime in the middle of January, or as soon as the current tenant gets booted. I'm so excited!
