it's off to the gym....

last night i was supposed to work my shoulders, chest and triceps
but instead, I forgot and worked shoulders, chest and biceps - duh

Last night:
30 minutes stairmaster - fat burner plus
15 minutes on elliptical
1 hour weights: shoulders, chest and biceps
abs for about 15-20 minutes in between sets

Tonight:
30 minutes stairmaster - fat burner plus
30 minutes bike
1 hour of weights: legs
15-20 minutes of abs in between sets

Wednesday:
Rock Climbing

Thursday:
30 minutes stairmaster - fat burner plus
15 minutes elliptical
1 hour weights: back and triceps

Friday:
FIRST NHL game ever!!

Saturday:
Volunteering with the Raptor Program
Maybe hit the gym or if the weather is nice, go for a bike ride if there is no ice/snow on the road - test out the new bike

Sunday:
House warming party for a friend in Denver
