Its been a little over a month since I started eating healthier and exercising regularly.  I officially started it on September 24  and I have lost 10 pounds so far.  I am quite proud of this though I  have a really long way to go.  I could easily lose 100 pounds but if I focus on that large number I will end up giving up.  So right now I will be proud of the ten I have lost and concentrate on losing ten more.
