Ahh, posture. How I have evaded thee. I just adjusted my computer chair so that the back of it doesn't lean anymore, because I'm really tired of this shoulder and neck pain and tension. I need to force myself to have better posture, especially with how many hours I sit at my computer working each day, and with how messed up my spine is. I haven't had many spinal problems lately, but I'm sure it doesn't help for me to be slouching and leaning back in my chair all the time. Mostly what has been bothering me is neck and shoulder tension. I just looked at this site:

It's going to be a challenge, cos I get antsy and I don't like staying stationary for a long period of time. I'll have to get into the habit of just standing up and maybe stretching or walking around when I feel the need to move.
So here's an additional goal for 2011: Get into better posture habits!
