Hey guys!
Long time no update, I know. I've been busy with dancing as usual, and things are pretty status quo (dancing as much as ever, things are good with Rudy, and I'm broke as usual). I should start student teaching next month, and fall quarter starts at the end of next month as well.
Anyway, I wanted to share a dance video or two with you guys. This is a video from back in May when I went to the SLO Lindy Exchange, and I competed in a "Jack and Jill" competition. In this competition we are judged individually and not as couples, so they pair us up randomly for each song and see how we do with our unexpected partnerships. It was a ton of fun, and I won 2nd place overall. I was pretty proud of it, and I'm proud of how I totally pulled off those swingouts to that ridiculously fast song at the end! It has taken so long for me to post this video because I didn't know about it until last night. Oh, and I'm in the purple flowery dress.
