Goals for 2010

Jan 15, 2010 13:20

• Get rid of as much of my stuff as I possibly can.
• Relocate to the Bay Area and find a job that will pay enough that I can stay there and live somewhere permanently.
• Get accepted to the credential program at CSU East Bay, begin program.
• Get my substitute teaching credential ASAP and begin substitute teaching.
• Read more books for leisure.
• Build friendships to be stronger, and be more humble towards others.
• Be a good girlfriend.
• Get better at dancing.
• Join an amateur ballet company and perform in Nutcracker.
• Draw more.
• Promote and sell more of my art.

Looser/Longer-term Goals:
- Finish credential program.
- Find a teaching job at a middle school or junior high, teaching English or English as a Second Language.
- Move and settle down somewhere.
- Publish my book.
- Get married, have kids. Be an awesome wife and mom.
- See the aurora borealis.
- Make skydiving a hobby.
- Make a demo recording, preferrably singing songs co-written by me.
- Dance as much as possible.
- Go hot air ballooning.
- Travel to other countries.
- Learn to SCUBA dive, and dive off the Great Barrier Reef.
- Hike Half Dome.
- Learn to cook more things. I'm good with baking, generally, but not so confident with cooking.

I think that's all for now. I'll probably edit this at some point and add things onto it. :)
