I'm still alive...

I'm back in Paso!

Sorry I haven't been keeping up here at ALL lately... ugh, the more behind I get, the less I seem to feel motivated to catch back up. Funny how that works...

Things have been okay. Marching band is done, pretty much. We had our last game of the season on Saturday and we ended the season with the Lincoln Band Review in Stockton, which was phenomenal. After that performance, we all wanted to go out and do it all over again... our performance rocked, and the audience was AWESOME. They're all high school bands (it's a high school band competition, and we just go to show off at the end of it and get people pumped up to join our band after they graduate from high school), so it's pretty much the best audience ever for our band. :D

Speaking of which, I have a bunch of band pictures I should post soon. In the meantime, if you want to see any, go here: http://www.backprint.com/storefront.asp?PID=bp%1D%7BF&EVENTID=30803&ID=43947853&FROM=browser&CAT=0&SUB=0

I've registered for my classes for next semester, and my schedule will consist of the following:

DNCE 3 3 DIS TR 1:30pm-1:55pm SHS 132
DNCE 3 4 ACT TR 1:55pm-2:45pm SHS 132
ENGL 120A 1 DIS MW 4:30pm-5:45pm DH 210
ENGL 40B 1 LEC TR 12:00pm-1:15pm MND 1005
ENGL 50B 1 LEC TR 4:30pm-5:45pm MND 1003
KINS 64B 1 ACT F 8:00am-9:50am YSM 183
SPAN 142 1 DIS MWF 11:00am-11:50am MRP 1012

Dance 3 is beginning ballet... basically my desperate attempt to get back into ballet, even though I know it will be far too remedial for me. It's two different sections since I guess half of it is discussion and half is an activity. English 120A is English Composition (fills my writing-intensive course requirement), English 40B is modern American lit, English 50B is modern British lit, kinesiology 64B is intermediate ballroom dance (which I am the most excited about :D), and Spanish 142 is conversational Spanish, one of the upper division Spanish requirements for my minor. Woohoo. I hope I can handle three English classes at once... as it is, I'll most likely take 2 and a half more years still to graduate. :/ I have a LOT of English classes to take still. *sigh*

Anywho, I think that's all I'm gonna post for now. I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and LOTS of yummy turkey! :D Tomorrow I'm going to have turkey dinner with my parents and then on Friday I'm going to Lancaster and having more turkey with some of my dad's side of the family. Yay!
