So I've been meaning to update with something meaningful, but meaning sometimes eludes me these days. So I am making this post now, which will mostly consist of pictures and videos for your viewing pleasure.
I took these pictures at the "A Dancer's Pallette" dance performance I went to on Saturday evening with David. I used his camera since mine sucks in those lighting conditions and makes everything blurred.
The first two are of an intermediate class, I think, and it was a sun-themed dance. The second two are of advanced dancers doing "Triple Espresso", one of my favourite dances EVER. The third set of two are from an intermediate performance, and I thought their movements an costumes were interesting. I had friends in some of these dances, so it was fun. :)
And now for a fun and random snail picture:
I took this last night because I thought they looked funny all up on that blue fake plant. They were on it because I had put algae wafers in there the night before, and the wafers landed on the plant and didn't fall to the bottom. :)
Now for the video portion of this entry! These two videos are both related to each other and to cancer, so just be warned. This video is from when Bailey, the student of mine who has Leukemia, was on our local news recently:
