Send hate mail to connallyte5@yahoo.com. Freaking idiot somehow got ahold of my credit card number, address and phone number and they bought the domain http://www.stineline.com under my name. Thankfully, ipower.com, the domain name merchant that they got the domain name from, called my cell phone and left me a voice mail asking me to call them and confirm my account... so when I got the voice mail, I was like, wtf. I called ipower.com and cancelled it, and the guy was helpful and even gave me that email address I just told you to send hate mail to. Someone made up an email address with my last name in it just for the purpose of stealing my identity... assholes.
So, I have blocked my credit card now, and I have to call my bank tomorrow and get a new card issued to me. How fun. I'm just thankful that whoever it was didn't seem to do anything else with my information. I got that voice mail on Saturday, and my phone didn't let me know until today, so they had a whole two days to do even more damage, and they didn't. Makes me wonder how many other people's identities they're stealing, and why they didn't bother doing more than what they did with mine. Anywho, I'll just be glad to have a new card number. *sigh*
