(no subject)
Mariel was kind enough to print copies for me and Jessica and probably Joanna, so I scanned these tonight and am posting them here. ^__^
Here are some of us who were there last night... this was kind of a random picture Mariel decided to take, so we're not all sitting together or anything... Anyway, standing up you see Jessica (on left) and Joanna, and then David is crouched down behind the couch, and then of course I'm sitting on the couch and Jessica's grandma, Joan, is also on the couch. ^_^
Then David got up and took a picture of all of us girls: Joanna, Jessica, Mariel, me and Joan off to the side.
Jessica wanted closer-up photos of us, so Mariel took a picture of Jessica, Joanna and me together.
But since we wanted Mariel to be in the pictures too, we had someone else (I think David or James) take a picture of all four of us. Right as I was putting my arm behind Jessica, though (before the picture was snapped), I accidentally hit Mariel's ear (not hard) with my hand, and she said something about it. I hadn't even realised I had done that, but when she said something, I started jokingly trying to grab her ear. And of course that was right when the picture was snapped, haha. So you can see I'm grabbing Mariel's ear in this picture, lol.
This was going to be a silly picture where we did goofy things, but then at the last minute, everyone else decided to be party poopers. I was hyper anyway, so this was a good picture for my mood. :P Too bad the bunny ears on Joanna weren't very successful...
Jessica put on her uniform to show us, and Mariel took a picture of her in it. I think it's interesting that the Air Force is still using the old camis and black boots instead of what the Marines now use, which is more pixelated looking camouflage, and brown suede boots. (Marines don't have time to shine their boots!) Anyway, I thought she looked cute in her uniform. ^_^
I think this picture was from when we were playing Spoons, but I got kicked out of the game early on, so this must've been after I got kicked out. :P Clockwise from Jessica: Jessica, James, Evan and David.

Mariel wanted a picture of me and Jessica when we were in the middle of putting our shoes back on, because Jessica always used to hate Converse shoes, when she would see me and Mariel wearing them, like back in high school... but now Jessica has a pair (even though they're kinda girly - they're purple with pink embroidered flowers on them) so we had to tease her about it. :D

I went over to Joan's house again tonight, but not for as long. I showed up at around 9:20, and Joanna, Mariel, James, Drew and Tye were all there, and everyone was watching Pirates of the Caribbean. It was about halfway through the movie when I got there, so I sat down and watched the rest of it with everyone else, but Drew left before it ended. After it ended, Tye, Joanna and Mariel all left, leaving just me, Jessica and James there. Everyone seemed to be tired for some reason... I guess they don't stay up late every night like I do. :P Anyway, I felt a little awkward with just Jessica and James there, cos they had been cuddling on the couch while we were watching the movie, and tonight and last night they've been acting all flirty, and I have no idea what's going on between them. I'm dying to know and I'll probably just end up asking Mariel... but yeah, I just hope Jessica doesn't get her heart broken again. Even though James seems nice enough, and he's a Christian, he doesn't impress me very much, and he's a few years younger than Jess... Anyway, she's leaving tomorrow morning for Germany, and she'll be there for 2 years, but not constantly... she'll get leave every once in awhile, we just don't know how soon her first leave time will be. So it was a bit sad tonight saying goodbye, not knowing how soon I'd see her again. Hopefully we can keep in touch with email and stuff like that.
Anywho, I think that's about it for now. Hopefully I hear from Phillip tomorrow... I hope this week is going well for him... 17 stupid Marines went UA last weekend, so when I talked to him on Sunday night, he wasn't sure if he'd get this coming weekend's liberty secured or what. :/ So, hopefully he doesn't get punished yet again for other people's idiot mistakes. This is his last weekend before he graduates, and it would be really sad if he couldn't come home. -_- I miss him too much, and he was home these last two weekends and I wasn't here. *pouts* So, yes, I am hoping to hear from him tomorrow.
