if you're in waterford, district four, vote for susan driscoll for representative town meeting. seriously. if you require reasons why, IM or call me, (213) 590-3374. the most important reason, however, is that she's my mother and if you don't vote for her and i find out i will probably never speak to you again. for real. and if you've heard malicious rumors about my mommy, i know who started them and suffice to say she's a useless jealous prick with five times more pounds than IQ points. moral of the story: vote tomorrow, specifically for my mom.
also, dona stankov and rosalyn "sam" dupuis are amazingly qualified candidates about whom i'm quite excited. note that sam dupuis's opponent actually said last year, when appointed to the position (which eccard never bothered to research other candidates for), that he was excited to learn about the position because he had no clue what he was doing. gee, that's who we want in important positions in our town, someone who doesn't actually know how to do his job!
and for those of you in california (yeah, this includes you, ed!): rockin' the gulf coast battle of the bands, thursday november 17th from 8-11 at ground zero coffeehouse. be there, rock out, win raffle prizes, and support hurricane katrina victims. you know you want to.
