This City isn't exactly like other cities. It can be a lot more...ah, chaotic.

Well, that's good to hear. About the crepes, I mean, of course. I don't like your implications about the city itself.

I suppose I should explain. The barriers are only lowered when the deities- they're the group of beings who run this place -decide to let them down. Which means City residents are unfortunately stuck, for the most part.

There are curses every month, also- they can affect you physically or mentally, and you never know when they'll hit.

That's probably a lot of information to take in.
