From where do you originate, you attractive individual?
I once wrote an essay on the use of the literary technique of nature to mirror the protagonist's mood and/or situation. The sun shone today, and it seems like the same could be said for me.
First off, I take back what I said about Bureau En Gros. Well, okay, no I don't, but the girl who helped me today was SUPER-helpful. The entire printing took like 5 minutes (WHY do they say their machines are used up for the night? The printing took no time at all!) and everything looked super-sexy. She didn't even charge me that dumbdumb fee of a dollar per document opened, which is just ridiculous, as I open about 800 documents per day and never get any money for it, and it's not like it's hard to do, you frigging double click. Anyways, so that was good. Rushed home to cut and mount all the pictures... it wasn't amazing, but it wasn't disastrous, and we got out just in time.
Interview! It was a bit nerve-wracking, and their questions were kind of side-winding... LOL, the first questions they asked me had to do with the essay & letter of intent I'd written in my application, but I didn't remember what I'd said because it was 3:00am B.S., so I just ad-libbed, but they seemed happy. There's supposed to be a part of the interview where you read a quote and then discuss it, and it was already like 25 mins through the half hour time slot when the teacher was like "Oh yeah, the quote! ...do we even NEED the quote? Ah, what the hell, we have some time left". So that seemed to be a good sign. Also, after 3 pages of portfolio the guy was like "I don't even need to see any more, you clearly have a respect for your work and yourself which shows in your presentation" blah blah, and I was like "... can I show you more anyways?" Haha, all my time and effort was for naught. Wait, that's not funny ;_;
In even more good news, work hasn't cut enough hours this week, so my shift tonight is cancelled! Huzzah! That means naptitude, and anime goodness! Of course, I have to go to my appointment first, but I'll be home by like 2:30, and then it's clear skies and fluffy pillows baby!
Amazing how one day can change everything!
