Lol... Certain Alchemists can sacrifice appendages and organs for the ability to summon different creatures... Cortez de Leon sacrificed an arm and since he's pretty skilled of an alchemist he can summon Agrippa http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v471/spinna/agrippa.jpg
Comparatively Bermuda's head was sacrificed by another alcemist to be able to summon something much larger ie the mantapede (15 or 16 pics down) which is the size of like a couple trains put together. :3
They keep the limbs they sacrificed but the limbs can take a mind of their own whenever they like so theyre usually bound like cortez does his arms... Bermuda's head might look normal but she'd have something like really bad uncontrollable Tourette's and speaking it tounges and such... like the exorcist without all the backbending :3
Uhm...ASA is kinda the idea of taking characters from your story, stripping them of uneccessary character traits and sticking them it other stories to see how theyd act and look. It went further and developed into the idea of what would happen if your story's characters could leave their stories if the book you were writing got damaged somehow. Once they left they have to find the pieces to fix their homes or else everything still within the book is destroyed. Characters can jump into other books and take on that genre's clothing style and powers and such :3. You pretty much just take everystory you have... pull you two faves and throw them into anything else and have fun with it :3
