These are my answers to the questions given to me by
lunar47 in her interactive voluntary audience participation meme
1.) Speaking of Hurricanes, what is your favorite weather pattern? (hmm, that sounds like sweater pattern....you could answer that one too if you'd like).
umm if i am inside a house with an aluminium roof and don't have to go outside anytime soon then i like it when it rains a lot. i also like it when its about to rain and there's that nice rain smell in the air and when the wind is warm. i can't believe u have me talking about weather and sweater patterns...wrong spink for that one...i know nothing about sweater patterns but i do like cardigans...but not on men.
2.) You are walking down the street and someone randomly strokes their hand down your hair, what do you do?
Flinch, turn around and give them a dirty look, if said random stroker (??) happens to be hot (even though admittedly creepy i might have to nonetheless gift them with a flirtacious eyebrow raise and smirk before going on my merry way, after all they can't completely be faulted since my hair is rather touchable and pleasantly scented thanks to Philosophy's Amazing Grace conditioner and Aveda's Be Curly for optimum wave enhancement.
3.) Do you want children of your own?
Yes. hubby wants 4 but i'm not quite THAT keen. i'm hoping i won't find my kids as annoying as i find most peoples (no offense to any parents out there, i just have low child tolerance levels). My best friend is currently 13 weeks preggers. I just read an email from her and she just had her first scan and am feeling a bit wistful. So far babies are still an abstract idea for me since everyone i know who has had one or who is pregnant is nowhere near me. So anyway short answer is yes do want them but still the idea of parenthood FREEKS me the frak out
4.) Do you think you resemble a bsg character in any way? looks, attitude, thinking pattern, psychology, etc.
ummmm not really. this is a hard question. looks no, i am a bit of a stickler for the rules so i guess in that way i am leeish. i am also a believer in doing what is right and im great at sulking so i think of everyone i am most like him but i'm more of a follower than a leader i think. AGH i don't know. sometimes i think that i'm like roslin. pragmatic, flirty, minor evil streak
5.) What was the last book you read? don't include picture books you are not a child Spink, lol.
The last book i finished reading was Beat to Quarters by CS Forester. That is a Hornblower book (first published). I am now reading Mr Midshipman Hornblower which is another Hornblower book (in case u hadn't figured that out, first chronological).
I am also halfway through Wideacre by Philippa Gregory but stopped because the incest plotline was squicking me out too much. I'm sure i will finish it at some point but maybe when i have nothing else to read. and whaddya mean picture books? i resent that implication! i am a reading machine! *cries*
