the image has to be hosted. go to hpphoto.com and host it there. then you paste the tag below except you put the link in where it says "example bla bla bla" and you put a < on the left and a > on the right ends.

it should come up automaticly when you post

if those directions suck then go to the top menue and select help - FAQ. scroll down to journal entries and it should be the second or third one down.
