Blinker, City Hall, Idea
Last nite I worked on Mabel's blinker switch. Following the formula that when I fix something, a new problem occurs (or I break something else), I broke the plastic cover that goes behind the steering wheel over the steering column. Should be an easy fix with some epoxy and maybe a hose clamp. On the plus side, the blinker works better than ever shutting off automaticly when I straighten the wheel after a turn instead of staying on.
I had to go to City Hall today to dispute a $25 ticket I got for blocking a driveway. I got extremely nervous because a man came storming out of the hearing office and grumbled to me, "I hope you don't get the same asshole I had." Luckily, I got the same guy. He actually turned out to be nice and dismissed my ticket.
I had a really great idea two nites ago... I wonder how long it will be until someone else invents it.
