Tom Riddle (Thomas? Spelling, check all possible variations.)
Initial knowledge: Muggle father, mother's heritage unspecified - Mudblood? Surname unfamiliar. Not a member of family, including extended. No mentions of Riddle in family library. Do not recall classmates with name, perhaps check with Hogwarts rosters? Alumni? If no mention, possible Riddle completed his studies abroad, Hogwarts not only option. Current dialect non-specific, no hint of foreign language in speech nor accent. Immigration a possibility, naturalization records held at M.o.M - non-family member availability? (Family relation/certification required.)

Public Library visit: No Riddle in historical or contemporary books, newspaper archives limited, now filed in Public Record Office, non M.O.M location has complete collection held there.

PRO: Newspapers available to public, identification required for personal records after 1900. Prophet - most inclusive? - no results. Reference to one M. Riddle, Lichfield, 14 September 1962. Extremely unlikely, too young, no relatives mentioned, article about the Cup. Copy attached in case.

Family histories charted (Folder 3, attached), no possible men within appropriate age-range/demographic, no deaths of father's predate the death of sons. Both of 1's parents documented Alumni of Hogwarts. 2 father graduate of Beaubaton's. 3 father outlived his son.
