"friends".
So not that anyone cares or reads this anymore, but just in case you were wondering, I do most of my blogging HERE now.
Things have been going well lately. I can't really complain, except for maybe about the weather. :/ I'm SO ready for spring. Come on sun....do your job and melt this snow and make me nice and warm! :D
I've realized something recently. It seems you don't really realize how much you DON'T mean to someone until one of you moves away. Now this isn't directed at anyone in particularly because this has happened many times, but if you think it's about you, then it probably is. Idunno. I just like to think that I treat my friends with a little more respect than that. It's something that really annoys me. But then again, it seems that I've always cared a lot more about people then they have about me, so I guess in reality it should be something I should be used to by now. I don't think that's something I can change.
There is one other thing I'd like to mention, and I know the person that this is intended for won't see it, I just think it's stupid and hurtful. Don't be like "OMG. Please be my friend forever. Don't ever stop being my friend. I need you..." blah blah blah and then just drop me for no apparent reason, stop responding to texts, don't sign onto AIM for fear that someone might see you on...freaking grow up. You obviously don't need a friend that badly if you're just going to hide because you're afraid of my opinion of your "favorite past time."
I think I'd really like to find a friend who lives here that knows the meaning of the word in the truest sense. People are so ...so wishy washy, for lack of better terms. No one ever means what they say anymore. It feels like people are just friends until they can move on, start over in their lives and find something "better". Or at least get out of this town, fail miserably, then return. (That's what everyone around here does, right?)
Anywho, the NASCAR race is exactly a month away. :D I can't wait. And my birthday is in ONE WEEK!
