i think that it would be really cool if, during the benefit concerts that will inevitably come to aid the situation in new orleans, some artist either covered "new orleans is sinking" by the Hip or "when the levee breaks" led zeppelin.

sidenote: is anyone else bothered by the fact that people are actually firing on the national guardsmen that are there to help them? silly americans
