Can you tell I am attached to a computer at all times of day now?

Last night was four hours of sleep, but never falling into REM. The result left me surprisingly alert today, but a bit punchy. In my confusion this morning, I couldn't remember if I set my alarm clock. So at some point I think I decided that if I woke up in time for my 9:20 class, then I would go. But if not, I'd sleep in. I kept waking up regularly thinking I must have slept through class, and finally got up around 8:15. The alarm clock went off at 8:30. I apparently did set it.

Met with Doc Bob today to lay things out for what I am handing in. It involved some reorganization, and I am OK with that. When push comes to shove, I have to be happy about how I feel about the final project, and that includes taking into account how I want to present it all. Doc Bob agreed that my way was better and more appropriate to the project, so at least I wasn't completely off base.

If Honors was my only commitment right now, I might be OK. I just had a serious stress out in tears on the floor of my Honors office moment. I blame the lack of actual sleep.

Also to do by May 1st:
1. Steppenwolf Application for Apprenticeship program in company management. This involves an essay on future goals and how this will help me get there. Still in that big ol' questionmark of a future category, so this might take some thinking. And perhaps a meeting with a faculty member or two to talk it out.
2. Props for The Fifth Sun. A sucker is born every minute, and that minute when I said, "Chris, let me help you out",that sucker was me. Luckily it should be mostly pulled, and he is cutting three of the more complex built props. The rest of he build shouldn't be horrendous, but I never hold my breath.
3. Community Outreach in the Arts. We started the ball rolling this week. Which is good, because it had to get done. But the problem is that once you start a ball rolling, it tends to speed up at a rediculous rate. We need fliers and class descriptions by the end of the weekend.
4. Doug's Mom's wedding. Right in the middle of this, I will be out of town next Thursday- Saturday. So the push is to get Honors mailed Wednesday if I'm lucky, but Thursday morning at the absolute latest. Then we hit the road after classes on Thursday, the wedding is on Friday, and we are back sometime on Saturday.
5. There's that third class I am taking too. Social Psych. Which I am not fretting over, but there is an abstract due next Wednesday.

Just keep swimming, just keep swimming....
