Happy Pancake Day Everybody!
Yeah, you read that right. Here in the rediculous town of Liberal, Kansas today is international pancake day.
I remember when I first moved here and was told one Monday that we didn't have school tomorrow. I was all like, "Wow; cool; how come?!" My friend told me that it was pancake day and I've never quite understood sense. There's a parade, a race, and free pancakes ALL OVER TOWN. I'm eating free pancakes RIGHT NOW!
Pancake day is also the bussiest day of the year for subway here in LBK. Evs.
