i will be checking into a rehab facility before the week's end. please do not contact me. i am doing this primarily because the choices i've made for myself are so poor and destructive that i wish to have the choice to make choices stripped from me for a while. i want white walls. i want no distractions. i want to wake and sleep and eat at the ringing of bells and the bidding of orderlies.

thank god for good insurance.
