K: I'm the public leader of the group but in reality Tegoshi is NEWS' backstage leader. In particular he takes great care of all the staff. For example during rehearsals he greets the staff in the group's name and he suggests to have meals all together. That's amazing.
T: I'm used to take the role of the captain or the leader since I was a kid, when I see people devoting themselves to something with all their might I naturally want to cheer them to do our best. The staff really works hard for our sake, it's important to express our thankfulness towards them. (*said that Tegoshi steals some food from Koyama's lunch box)
K: Unexpectedly I'm not very good at this kind of things so I must thank him for that...Eh? Where are my vegetables? You know something about them?
T: I don't know~ (*munches*)
K: ...How come you can steal from people like that? (lol) Well, anyway that's how our relationship is. Tegoshi bullies me and I accept it.
T: But you don't hate it, right? ♥
K: It's totally fine. By the way, in these 10 years we never fought, did we?
T: Never. Not even once.
K: Well, I can say this about all the members, even if our opinions not always match we never fight, we just discuss and try to find the best solution. It's one of NEWS' good points. By the way, it was quite shocking when Tegoshi mistook the lyrics of a song during the Tokyo Dome concert (lol).
T: I didn't try to cover that, I got to sing it back correctly.
K: It's the first time somebody is allowed to do that during a concert (lol). Anyway it was a wonderful day.

M: Shige and I often talk about clothes. We share many favourite shops.
S: Yes. We often buy different things in the same store. And we always exchange birthday presents.
M: His birthday is one week after mine so there's no way I can forget it, moreover Shige's always very punctual with programs and time.
S: I'm never lost buying him a present, I always find easily something good for him.
M: I know, it's the same for me!
S: But some time ago Massu told me he wants to buy me something, he didn't do that yet so I'm kinda puzzled...
M: Oh, right! Actually when I told you that I had bought one for me. I used it and I saw it wasn't that good though.
S: I see (lol).
M: Shige is even more picky than me, I'm happy because sometimes he's the only one who understands me.
S: It's the same for me. Some time ago I found a beautiful snow globe I wanted to buy, in the end I thought it was very Massu's style so I bought it for him as present, he seemed happy.
M: I was really happy!
S: Anyway, I think Massu during concerts is the most picky one. He's also the most excited one, at Tokyo Dome he warned us that he might start crying since the beginning (lol).
M: Ah~ That's true (lol).
S: When we were checking "WORLD QUEST" singing facing each other he was already tearful.
M: It was because we were all together. I think I started crying when I met Shige's eyes, didn't I? And the Dome is so big!
S: Right. That's why I prefer to look at the fans. I heard your final speech from the backstage.
M: Before it I drank 1lt of water, I was sweating so much (lol).
S: We all spoke honestly without lying. It was very moving.
M: I remember that the next time I saw you was after the end of the concert. I was cleaning up and you were already going to your radioshow (lol).

T: Shige and I are the younger ones, when we were 20 years old we used to go out together a lot.
S: True. Once Tegoshi stayed at my place for 3 days in a row.
T: We were the last ones to turn 20 in NEWS, we were so happy. We drank the alcohol we weren't allowed to drink before, we spent 2 days at Shige's house like that (lol).
S: We were so cute (lol).
T: Then, I don't know why but we sing together a lot lately.
S: That's true. Maybe our voices sound good together.
T: Because of this during lives I watch Shige a lot.
S: We meet eyes often! Once the part in Cherish that we use to sing together became my solo part. Then I asked "Did you sing it?" and he was like "I did!" but when we checked he didn't (lol). On the next venue during that part I looked towards Tegoshi and even if we were very distant I saw that he was looking back to me.
T: I wanted to show you that I was properly singing (lol).
S: He had such a bossy face, I was about to laugh so much that I couldn't sing (lol).
T: Originally that isn't one of my parts so I forget about it sometimes.
S: I know but it's the same for me (lol). We also look at each other when Koyama makes a mistake.
T: Like "He did it again" (lol).
S: After all we're the same-
T: We're very similar. I realized it at the Tokyo Dome, Massu and Koyama cry so easily (lol). We do it rarely.
S: I think the last time was last year.
T: It's embarrassing to cry in public, I prefer to hold tears.
S: You say that but you were all tearful reading the staff's messages (lol). Moreover we don't worry too much and we take decisions quickly. Tegoshi and I were the first ones to talk about creating "Aikotoba~". It took us just one hour to think to the image of the song.
T: In the end everybody joined us making it, the beginning was very quick though.
S: I'm glad, it was a good work.
[Oh! I didn't know TegoShige were the original authors of Aikotoba ♥ And the little kids wanting to finally break the rules reaching the major age are just too cute XDD]

K: Massu and I are both quite picky. We're the ones that takes more time during meetings.
M: Because we want everything to be perfect.
K: We want to go on discussing until we reach a satisfying solution.
M: Right. We don't fight for our opinions, we just want to find together the best.
K: We are also the ones who after a concert don't want to go immediately home (lol).
M: True! We relax in the dressing room, take long showers, we need time to realize we had a concert in such a place.
K: I know we make the staff wait a lot, but I want to enjoy that feeling as long as possible. We're similar in that. I can't remember how our relationship was at the beginning. I guess we didn't talk too much, right?
M: Right. Probably we were the ones who talked less to each other.
K: That's unexpected. Now that we're 4 we can talk about everything though. We're revealing ourselves. Massu knows all about fashion so I often copy him and buy his same things (lol).
M: That's true. Sometimes I'm like "But I bought it first!"
K: Because you're faster than fashion magazines. My favourite shop (lol). Let's talk about the concert at the Tokyo Dome! Before the last greeting to fans Massu told us "I think I'm gonna cry" , I thought he was kidding but as soon as he stepped on the stage he started crying, it surprised me (lol).
M: My feelings towards the Tokyo Dome are so strong. Koyama gave us a great MC during the event.
K: In reality I didn't prepare for it too much so it was pretty hard. In the end we had a great day, I can't wait to see that scenery again!

K: My relationship with Shige, he's a member, a friend...the partner of a lifetime. What did I say? (*blushes)
S: Aren't we just friends?
K: I wanted to say something cool but it was too embarrassing (lol).
S: Truth is we've known each other for a very long time. Since before the debut.
K: From the next week after the auditions. We've been paired since then but we fought only once.
S: Ah~ During the Shounen Club.
K: Right. Because we both wanted to play the guitar.
S: It was the coolest instrument and we fought for such a reason.
K: In the end we made up with me taking the keyboards (lol). Before the debut we were rivals but right now our directions are different and clear so we don't feel any kind of rivalry.
S: Exactly. I'm very thankful because Koyama knows what I'm not good at and what I don't like to do and he covers for me.
K: I don't try to hard, it's something I want to do so it's good for me too.
S: We're very well balanced. Our roles are very clear, no matter if our relationship will ever change. Talking about roles, during our 10th anniversary at the Tokyo Dome there were more things to decide than usual. Koyama was very proactive in this.
K: It was fine because I wanted to do many things and enjoy it. Ah, talking about enjoying myself, during this tour I had a lot of fun trying to make Shige embarrassed (lol).
S: Don't say weird things.
K: At the beginning of "Nagisa no Onesama" I always blew a kiss towards him for example. It wasn't to show to fans how cute I am, it was to see shy Shige being all "Stop it!"
S: I don't understand you at all.
K: I was able to see that embarrassed face at the Tokyo Dome too, I was very satisfied.
S: What is this (lol).

M: Tegomass were formed before NEWS by Johnny-san who thought we should sing together.
T: That's why Massu is the one with whom I worked for the longest time. But actually we don't go out too much together in private life.
M: True. We went often to karaoke with common friends though, right?
T: Yes. Well, I don't think it'd be good to hung out in private too much anyway. There's no need to be together forcedly.
M: I think the same. We are able to create a lot of new works because we've seen different things and went to different places.
T: Exactly.
M: I think that in NEWS we're in charge of the musical side.
T: Yes, talking about music, during the Tokyo Dome encore Massu didn't sing at all the parts we should have sung together, so I sang them in my way (lol).
M: I forgot to do the harmonization. It's unexpected but it happens a lot during concerts.
T: When somebody is moving and can't sing I'm always like "Ok, I'll sing this part too" (lol). That happens from time to time too.
M: It's one of the funny parts in concerts. There's something else you remember from the event?
T: When I listened to Massu's speech I realized once again how great it is to have concerts in a place like the Dome.
M: When we were preparing this tour I always imaged ourselves on the stage singing the beginning of "WORLD QUEST". When it really happened I couldn't hold my emotions.
T: That opening was really breathtaking~
M: I'm so happy my fantasy came true!
