1. What's the side you want people to see?
There's a thing I want everybody to know. I'm unexpectedly big (lol). I think who saw me live already know that but people often tell me "When I first met you I was disappointed that you're so big". Both height and constitution. I want to say this to everybody who've seen me only in TV. Talking about the inner sides, right now I'm finally becoming an adult. I think my personality hasn't changed much but my senses grew up. Usually I'm the same on the stage and in private life. The tension has always been the same.

2. What kind of men fascinates you?
On the exterior looks my eyes are caught by men who wear the same clothes taking good care of them, who can combine them skillfully and who can wear fashionable hats. For example I love the style of Domoto Tsuyoshi and Katori Shingo. As a man I like people who manage well work, private and domestic life. Then, people who cherish their friends and connections. It may seem an obvious thing but it can be difficult. That's why it's important to do your best in everything. Human relationships require a lot of care, I respect men who can deal with everything, I think they're cool.
3. What kind of approach would you use to be noticed by the girl you like?
The only thing to do is a reckless attack, right? (lol) I'd observe the situation first. For example before inviting her out for dinner I'd ask her in advance what food she prefers. Jab and straight. I think it's the best tactics to be noticed. If you don't attack you can't be seen at all. If she refuses the invitation I'd be really down (lol). Because I would pour all my courage in the invitation.
4. What's the scenery you will never forget?
The first concert in Tokyo Dome. The first time I heard the fans scream there I burst to tears. It was a weird and mysterious emotion. It was the only time I cried before the opening of a concert. Then, the first live of this Summer. I couldn't even look at the audience, if I did I felt like crying all the time. Watching the DVD I saw all the fans' faces, I will never forget their expressions.
I was thinking to something...I'd like to have a meeting before taking interviews. Usually our costumes are chosen according to a theme, I'd like to have meetings so that I can choose the clothes I prefer.

My charm points are the ones typical of B-types (lol). We don't have a hidden side, our expressions show exactly our feelings, it's very comfortable to hung out with us. Some time ago I was doing a soccer reportage and some middle school students told me "In reality you're kind!". I wonder what kind of image they had of me before, seems like it was the strong one I have on ItteQ (lol). That's a side of me too though. I've never been the type to do my best to be praised. I'm not that skillful. That's why I always disclose my real self. I'm totally a B-type (lol).

When I was a teenager I thought that quiet and adult-like men were the coolest. Now that I grew up and I piled up experience my values changed. Now I prefer people who stay a little childish at any age, who can enjoy innocently everything, who want to challenge new things every time. It's difficult to stay pure while getting old, I want to become a man like that. It's also important to be stoic. Because I feel that people who are strict with themselves are kind to others.
3. What kind of approach would you use to be noticed by the girl you like?
There's nothing special I'd do to make a girl notice me. I always want to be popular with girls though. I think it's normal for a boy. I do my job with all my energies, I train, I always want to be popular, also in private life. If I hadn't this feelings my charm as man would disappear. I started thinking to this when I started working. Oh, I guess it started when girls came to see my club activities at school...in that case I dribbled more than usual (lol).

The Summer concerts of last year of course. I will never forget what I saw when we first came out on the stage. I'd like everybody to feel the same emotions. It was happiness. We were on that stage and we could see that scenery thanks to everybody's support. I want to share that happiness with everybody. Nothing can beat that moment.
Recently I participated to a tournament between musicians and soccer players that is held once a year. My team arrived 3rd between 30 teams. We even won against teams with pro soccer players but it was still frustrating. Anyway I'm happy I was chosen to play!

My charm point, huh...It would be great if I understood what it is (lol). Anyway, if I try to much to show something of myself I'd fail, so I always try to stay neutral. During photo shooting I don't give my opinions on what kind of photo I'd like, if they ask me to smile I just do (lol). Doing so I can show new sides of me, I can understand how other people see me too, I can do different things, I think it's the best.
2. What kind of men fascinates you?
People with good mental strain. People who enter a room and change the mood there are cool. They don't have to think to what to do or say, they just behave appropriately in any occasion. Of course it doesn't mean they can do whatever they like, having dignity is important. Maybe they just make me feel inferior and not sophisticated enough (lol). Adult-like men like that are cool for me. I also like smart and creative people. People who can create things are amazing, it's a matter of talent. Maybe the expression is not appropriate but basically I like "rock people".

One could be kinder than usual for example but first of all I'd show how serious I am at work. Because I think that a man shines the best when he's working. On TV and concerts, it doesn't matter if I have a job in which I have to show an uncool side of me, I'd want her to see me working. I think a girl would like to see her man changing into a suit or wearing a necktie to go to work. I don't usually wear suits for work though (lol).

Then, the release day of "Senkou Scramble". The second work, not only with books, it's critical and the most important moment. Luckily I received a lot of praises for my first novel, they made me honestly happy but I was also always aware that I had to surpass them with my new work. Writing I shook off my feelings, I tried my best to write something interesting. When I finished I was really uncertain and nervous, thanks to the support and efforts of the editors I could complete it (lol). I'm satisfied of it, I want lots of people to read it.

Me being always my natural self. I want people to know that I don't try to beautify myself or put on airs. Before concerts I train hard my body and voice of course, but that's a way to show myself naturally too. My feelings on a stage are completely left to the fans. No matter how much I can be anxious or worried, if I'm in front of the audience I can have fun. Lately I realized I don't really like to be alone. Somebody already knows I'm negative even if I always look positive, but sometimes I also feel lonely. I used to love to be home alone but now I feel pretty lonely. That's weird.

About looks I think are cool men wearing all back, a leather jacket and all clothes black. I tried to dress like that too but I like showy things too so I fail. I think it's nice when I see old men around the 50s having fun with young people. They have lot of life experiences but still they have a young heart, it's charming. So, it will take a lot of time before I become like the men I admire (lol).

In the past I've been told "Instead of confessing, it's better to show at first that you're truly interested in somebody". I realized that it's true, it's important to show interest and care. If you do the girl will surely notice you too. Then it's nice to show that you're serious in what you do. Showing your efforts is important to create a first opening. Then of course you must make it clear: "I do this because I like you". Well, in the end it turned into a confession (lol).

The moment when the curtains opened the day of our debut. It wasn't confirmed we were really debuting. Anyway the things went on and on, I was surprised myself to stand on that stage. It felt as it wasn't happening to me. Then, when I saw that my name wasn't there on the announcement of the high school exam results. I will never forget that (lol). Well, made me change too so it's ok. On the contrary I don't remember well when I passed the exam.
Lately inspired by Massu I started going to the pool. I bought a swimming suit, cap and goggles. Anyway I could never compete with Massu, he can swim such long distances (lol). I think he's great!
