T: In the end we had 2 songs, the other one is the song that became the coupling "Full Swing". It's good too.
K: We were undecided between the two until the end. Usually once you chose you go recording the song but this time we recorded both.
S: Right. We wanted to decided once we heard both the songs sung by us. We took a decision analysing a lot of questions, not only the songs, but also what impression they left and many other details.
M: Then we prepared the dancing for both songs. It was really a peculiar way of doing things.
S: It took quite a lot of time. During the recording we repeated many times the same part, we were absolutely serious.
T: It really feels as we "completed" the job. It's the first time we needed so much time to do it, right?
KSM: Yes.
M: It's because it was our first single as 4. We had our own rules and ideas about it, we said that to the staff too.
S: In the end we went with "Chankapaana", after all it's Summer, we wanted to give to everybody ourselves having fun and being...
M: It's Summer and we wanted to give to everybody ourselves having fun and being bright.
K: You're overlapping! (lol) Well, what they want to say is that it's an uptune song.
S: You said it short! (lol)
T: And then there are the lyrics.
K: Right. Please look careful to them.
M: There's a line where each of us changes the final word. We say "Utsukushii koi ni suru yo", that "beautiful love" is about us and all the fans. Because NEWS are here now thanks to all the fans who waited.
S: It will be a song to enjoy all together. I can't wait to do the lives.
T: My recommendation is the chorus. When it goes "Chan, chan, chan".
K: What a lousy explanation (lol)
T: Why! I said right! It's super catchy so everybody will learn it immediately. The first day I heard it I was humming it all the way back home.
M: It's easy to memorize like that. In the dance the point are the mic stands. It's impressive and strong, it'll become a song that can convey our power!
K: About the dance, this time we based it on Massu's movements. It's the first time we do it.
S: We all really want to be unified. This time the best thing to do was to follow Massu, so he learnt the bases of the dance. This took some time too.
T: Maybe we'll be able to show new NEWS well like this.

Shige
Lately I bought a new camera. Every year I go to a vintage fair, there I finally did the so long yearned "Leica" debut! Now I will surely buy lenses everyday. I often take pictures during trips and travels. I have around 10 cameras but I already found a new one I want (lol). Some time ago we went to eat Yakitori in 3. Massu was busy with the butai and couldn't come. When we have the time we use to have quick meals together.
Massu
During the butai I'm having a very regular life style. I like to find the time to go shopping, it's like finding the right piece of a puzzle. Matsuoka-kun told me these words "The rehearsals must be like the real show. The real show must be like the rehearsals". It seems Higashiyama-san told this to him once. That's why one day I'll say to my kouhais "Once Matsuoka-kun told me the words that Higashiyama-san told him", I'd like to bring forward my inheritance (lol).
Tegoshi
On May I injured my leg so for a while I had to be quiet, but yesterday I could finally play soccer and shoot with all my energies. I started playing again around 2 weeks ago binding up tightly my leg. At first I tried to spare myself to keep safe my lef but yesterday it was perfectly fine. I've been working hard with the rehabilitation to recover and now I'm good. I can also dance well the new song (lol). I'll be moving as much I can!
Koyama
We'll do lives in Summer, I'm going to the gym and training looking forward to them. I also went to a sports shop to buy the right wear to get fired up during the training. Basically I love T-shirts, I bought one that is a little tight. Doing so I can work hard on my abs and think "Woah, aren't I big?!" (lol). This Summer look forward to see Koyama's brand new body!
