POPOLO 2011.11 - NEWS BEST 5

Massu's favourite massages ranking

1. Sole of the foot massage
I like to stimulate the soles of my feet since I was little. When I have free time I always end up to massage them rolling my fingers on them (lol). The best is when it's enough hard to it kinda "hurts"! They say that touching a precise point you can feel the parts of your body that don't feel good but to me it's all the same. I just always shout "Ouch! T_T" when it comes the turn of that point.

2. Head Spa
I went to a Head Spa with Nakamaru-kun once, it felt so good! When it was over we were both so relaxed that we couldn't do anything. There you can get a massage to the head that can even take away the tiredness of your eyes, and also get an haircut as in a hair saloon so it's a very good deal! It seems there's a shop specialized in Head Spa, I want to try it one day!

3. Full body chiropractic
Getting chiropractic to your whole body takes around 1 hour and it's the best! I'm not really confortable to be touched everywhere but chiropractic is different. Of course it takes away the stiffness and you feel like the rythm of your body is controlled again. A special course is centered on shoulders, neck and sides, they also do your legs and arms. It's a real moment of happiness.

4. Facial massage
I always get a simple massage before the make-up, I'd like to get one every time! I can't do it by myself so I'd like to experience a real facial massage. It seems it also gives good results to the skin and face!

5. Shoulder massage
In the past it was a little too painful to me so I didn't like it. Moreover I never really had problems of stiffness to my shoulders... Anyway I got one recently because my shoulders hurt and it was the paradise! Anywya I felt that my shoulders are kinda bigger...is it the age? (lol).

Massu's birth stone: Tiger's Eye
He's a person good at observing, who can react calmly
to any happening. He's got a big power but he's humble. If he'll be able to keep the balance of his mind he will be able to grasp big chances.

Massu's NEWS
I'm always singing! Some days ago I did it until night, when I ended I reached the peace of mind. I think that after that I slacked around for half an hour. I want you to think that Tegomass are a little more adult now. We will give you energies!

Ryo's favourite documentary DVD ranking

1. Sea animals
I watch only documentaries about things I don't know, like this watching them is funny and interesting. Between the sea animals I particularly like the killer whale. I mean, it's so strong! I even have a documentary DVD only on killer whales (lol). I've always liked fishes, when I went to the aquarium I knew so many fishes' names! I think that people who know many more than me are amazing.

2. Savannah
I like the Savannah animals because they're so strong. In particular I like lions, once I've watched a documentary only about lions (lol). The cry of a lion can reach a distance of 4km, they can collect their babies and females in a group of other males...I knew all these things thank to it.

[He sounds like a kid lol]

3. Tornados
In Japan tornados never happen so they are an unknown world to me. I was really surprised to see their mechanism and their huge scales. There are some guys in America that goes the most close possible to tornados to film, right? When I saw them I was like: "Amaziiiiing!" (lol).

4. Volcanos
When I went to Hawaii I saw the Kīlauea volcano from the helicopter. I was moved to see for real the power of nature, seeing the lava that turned rock and the still red one flowing down! Over the sea I also saw a sea turtle!

5. Jungle
This one is from a show on Discovery Channel. It was about a man who went alone to live in the jungle only with a flask of bottle and a knife, it was an extreme survival show but it was so cool that it made me think: "I want to live like this too!"

Ryo's birth stone: Smoky Quartz
He's got a great sense of humor, he can captures somebody's heart with his good conversation's skills. Basically he's a serious, passionate for study person. He loves freedom, he's got a good footwork and likes to go out. It's highly probable that in the future he'll work abroad too.

Ryo's NEWS
This morning I overslept a little >_> I spent around 10 minutes waking up and sleeping again, waking up and fall asleep...I did my best but I really couldn't wake up... In the end somehow I stood up and took a shower!

Yamapi's favourite JR* ranking  [*Japan Railway]

1. Yamanote line
It's really nice to ride it in the very center of Tokyo! The first time I went to Tokyo and rode the Yamanote I thought: "Wow, I finally debuted in society!" (lol). The most troublesome thing is the inner and external run. Sometimes I took it wrong and had to change trains. Sometimes I even fell asleep and did a complete course. When I woke up I was in the last station I saw, it was shocking! (lol). I still use it. With my hat down on my nose.

2. Soubu line
When I just entered the Jimusho it was the "light of hope" that connected Chiba to Tokyo (lol). In particular I liked the return from Tokyo. It felt good to come back home. After the Nishi-Funabashi you can't see the neon lights anymore and the city becomes darker...I like that kinda sad feeling.

3. Saikyou line
I always took this going to Ikebukuro to shoot "Ikebukuro West Gate Park". I also rode it a lot when I was a student to go out with friends, it's full of memories. So nostalgic! Even its name is cool (Saikyou = The strongest) (lol). It also has the image of a very crownded line though.

4. Tōkaidō Shinkansen
When I move for concerts I always ride the Tōkaidō Shinkansen. It's perfect because you can think while moving, it entered my personal world. Koyama always buys ice cream from the shop of the train (lol). One day I want to eat it too!

5. Chuō line
I took it every single day when I went to high school! To go from Shinjuku to Nagano it's faster than the Soubu line. I often went out at Shinjuku's stop to go to karaokes. Anyway this line often has to stop because of incidents, in those cases I went back on Soubu line.

[Yamapi: "I LIKE TRAINS .___." lol this interview was so random]

Yamapi's birth stone: Inca Rose
He's a passionate man with a big heart and great ambitions. He's always setting new aims and he can go on reaching them. If he will move being honest with his emotions he will surely grasp the happiness. With passionate approaches he will find the partner of his life.

Yamapi's NEWS
I always use my bicycle now! I go around without a real place to go for around 1 hour. My beloved one is a little mountain bike. The car is good too but moving with the strenght of your own legs feels so nice. It's also a light training, it's great!

Shige's favourite artists ranking

1. Tōshūsai Sharaku
The ukiyo-e stamps look all very similar but in reality there's a delicate difference according to their artists, moreover Sharaku is the most different! There also is the mystery about who he really was, during the last year I liked him more and more. In reality he wasn't too skilled but that's one of his charms too. My noren is a Sharaku's print and I have two replicas of his works!

2. Salvador Dalì
I've always liked the Spanish artists. Like Dalì or Picasso, they lived long and were so cool. Dalì was amazingly talented, his works are so playful! I love him so much that last year I even went to Spain to visit his museum. Thinking about it now, I think that Dalì probably was the artist who woke up my interest in art.

3. Jackson Pollock
I saw his works for the first time when I went to New York's Metropolitan museum. When I saw the picture "Autumn Rhythm" without any prejudice I thought: "It's really like this!". After that shock I started to like it because "I found an art only mine!".

4. Banksy
Banksy is a street artist who does graffiti in London. That's this story that he secretly shows his pieces of work in the world famous museums, like the Louvre. I like the fact that he plays to make fun of people and society (lol).

[Ohhh I like Banksy a lot >///<]

5. Yokoo Tadanori
It's a contemporary Japanese artist a little Sharaku-like. He turned from designer to painter. He has always studied arts and now he's making his own, he's great! His paintings are very pop, they give you energy only watching them. I'd like to become a "living legend" like Yokoo-san too.

[I didn't know this last one but I love his works! Anyway, between these 5 artists the only one I don't like is Pollock, I never understood his art :S]

Shige's birth stone: Amethyst
He's good big hear and he's a strong person. He likes to be alone and sometimes he closes himself. If he will clean up his coldness he will find success and he will be highly considered and admired by his kouhai.

Shige's NEWS
Lately I've worked around kids a lot, once suddenly one of them held my hand, it was so cute! I'm no good with kids, I was surprised to think that "in the end even I started to think that kids are cute" (lol).

Koyama's favourite meals ranking

1. White rice & Yakiniku sauce
This is something I created when I was a kid and I was hungry but my mom was at work and there was nothing to eat. I heated the yakiniku sauce in the pan and I just poured it on the rice, it was so good and tasty! That sauce is meant to be poured on meat so I felt...like I was doing a bad thing putting it on the rice (lol).

2. Oyakodon
Right now it's my favourite protein meal, with chicken and eggs. When I come back from the gym I think: "I must eat it!" (lol). An oyakodon restaurants' chain opened in my neighborhood, I was really excited about it. Over it I pour the yolk, "egg on egg", it's kinda moving (lol).

3. Gyuudon
This is something I could even eat for the rest of my life (lol). When I cook it at home the taste is delicate so it's definitely better to eat it at the restaurant! My "must" are that it must contain more broth than usual and an half cooked egg. I always leave one piece of meat at the end to eat it with the remaining white rice. Isn't this a perfect gyuudon? (lol)

4. Tendon
Eating it sometimes I see its tools and I'm like: "What is this?" (lol). When there are shrimps, eggplants and beans I'm so happy! I also pour a lot of sauce. I like when restaurants give you that salt for tenpura, it's really careful.

5. Katsudon
This is a meal that I can't eat if I'm not very hungry. When I go on for 3 hours thinking "I'm so hungryyy" it's really powerful (lol). I like the crispy feeling of it.

Koyama's birth stone: Jade
He's a man who put all his efforts on a single thing. A very generous and good person. He's got lots of connections and often people request him things. If he'll keep his heart pure he will be able to realize all his dreams.

Koyama's NEWS
Lately people from the gym said that I'm going there a lot. The maximum has been every day (lol). I don't understand how much I should go on to train my abs (lol). I think I'll just stop when a lot of people will go "WAAA!" seeing me.

Tegoshi's favourite countries ranking

1. Japan
Of course Japan is the number one, I think it's a blessed country. It had a lot of food from other countries and everything is delicious, there are a lot of local and season food too. We should be happy just for that. Then, our toilets are the cleanest! In other countries toilets are not as fresh, sometimes I hesitated to use them. Japan is the best in every field!

[Ehmm...no. This is all so stereotyped XD]

2. America
American people are rough, I think they're perfect for my own character. When they have to meet somebody they say: "See you there around that hour!". It may be surprising but being rough you can enjoy your time at the best. Then its crownded streets have a party aura. Expecially in Las Vegas, everybody is cheerful, just watching them makes you feel happy.

3. Australia
It's warm and the days are long. I like it because there you can spend your time slowly, even the people there are never in a rush, always relaxed. Driving between the nature you can forget all your problems, I recommend it. The sheep meat is particularly delicious, I dug in it wildly!

4. Germany
Even girls there are pretty big. It was difficult to find a girl smaller than me (lol). Well, other than people, also food and drinks are like that. The cities are dinamic, it was really interesting. German people are friendly, I loved them and their smiles.

[Oh sorry, he used a vague expression about sizes at the beginning >< At first I wanted to translate it as "girls are tall" but I think he means that they are bigger in proportion to Japanese people...me and Tegoshi don't want to be rude lol]

5. Austria
I was excited to see a city that I saw in my school textbooks. I have a story from when I visited the house of Mozart, the musician famous in the whole world. Miyagawa-san was being stupid: "This is the house of my grandpa" so I just ignored him "Oh I see" (lol).

Tegoshi's birth stone: Moon Stone
He's got a very sharp insight. When it comes to the point he's always able to concentrate. On the other side, he's got the naive attitude of avoiding things that could hurt him. He's very friendly and brave, he should be able to create a big legend.

Tegoshi's NEWS
This isn't a sad story (lol) !? Some time ago I went to a trip alone with a friend. We went to the sea, ate delicious food, went to the onsen. We relaxed a lot! Since we were alone and away we had the chance to talk about serious stuff too. Under my careful guidance we spent two lovely days!
Ok, this interview is really random. Pure non-sense. I mean massages? Train lines? Documentaries? LOL  Luckily Shige raised the average level XD I admit I was a little rough with it too...sorry >_>
Enjoy! :D
