So I've always had a soft spot for video games, specifically, lil ole rpgs. One RPG had always stood out to me, a real old-school tactical turn based pc gem I had always known as "Saga" that I played back in 1995. It ran off of DOS, was all in korean so I had no idea what the characters were talking about, or what the hell a "podo juu" was for, but it was probably my first PC rpg. The unique part of the game was that you had a diplomacy option to talk down the morale of your enemies, or even make them join your army if you're charismatic enough. Only bosses and stupid monsters were immune to this talking down, and you could nab some interesting members if you got lucky.
In any case, the game is called Graystone Saga, even has a sequel (number 2 of the same name), and somehow, some way, I managed to locate this relic of my childhood despite not having known the exact name of the game and it being totally in Korean.
~grin~ I feel geeky and nostalgic...
