It seems time for me to make a longer journal post than I have been. I realized that a lot of people read this and why the hell don't I bore them with clever little drama stories? So here's my life, or just the past couple of days.
First off, I want to say that I have been a good mood for the most part this week. With the exception of Monday night, I have been jovial and perky. Well there was also a little tiff that I had tonight because things just weren't working, but that's expected. Anyway, I have also been very productive. I have started working on the articles that I need to write for the Yearbook. I also went to a meeting, so that got me in the know about when to start expecting stuff from the editors. I also managed to get myself influence on the Point, and will begin work on creating a group which will be an intermingling of Performing Arts groups and Media groups. I think I can make this a good thing and hopefully, will help me get one of the big awards at the end of year! I doubt that's going to happen.
Um, tech week was painless, at least for me. I really wasn't there that much. I feel bad about it, but then again, I don't. It's an odd feeling. I'm thinking I might have to do something a little bigger for Charlie Brown but I haven't decided yet. It'll depend how much more I fuck up academically. I managed to sleep through both of classes today, which is really shitty because I didn't go last Friday either. It kinda sucks. And of course they are sticklers for attendance, so that makes it worse.
The opening of the show was good. 99 was the approximate house count, I think there might have been more there than that, but I have no idea. Afterward we had probably 60 people in the green room for Matt's dedication. It was nice. I adore the DeMizio's, they are just "good people."
After that, Mary and I were stuck in the Union while the OLAS kids played their little fiesta thingy and LNLS and CROW had Casino Night. And now I'm here debating on whether I should go upstairs, or just sit here and chatter with the kiddies online. I guess we'll see.
