Twice In Two Nights - Its Just Not Funny!
I think I'm being stalked....
by giant ants!
Last night I went outside for a smoke before going to bed. I was sitting on my porch step when OUCH! I looked at my left arm and a bloody huge flying ant was sitting there. I flicked it off and ran inside to spray some Stingoes on it. It hurt like hell and I had a shocking night (so what's new? ;) ) By this morning my arm was red and swollen. I took some antihistamines and went to work. My arm hurt all day and I was glad to get home this evening.
So, to cut a long story short I went out for a smoke tonight and walking back through my lounge room afterwards and OUCH! You guessed it, I trod on another of the bastards. So now my left foot as well as my left arm is swollen and sore.
What have I learnt from this experience - 1. Give up smoking and 2. wear bloody shoes! ;)
