So, apparently my little trainee went to our lieutenant and complained that my coworker and I are just too hard on her. Boo fucking hoo! First off, she said she didn't find it fair that we made her do more than one thing at a time...ie, answer the phone, run a drivers license and whatnot all at once. Ok, if I can do it, then so the fuck can she. We were all trained the same fraggin way, so build a bridge and get over it. I mean, hello...we work in a 911 emergency center and dispatch for 5 different law enforcement agencies and something like 17 volunteer fire departments. And to add to the insanity, on midnight shift (12am-6am) there are only 2 people; one to operate the radio with deputies and police and answer phones, and the other has to catch all link traffic, fire channel and 911 calls. It's just how we do it. Yeah, there's no stress there?!?! **note sarcasm**
And, the second fucking thing she complained about is that our language offends her. Wah! Has anyone spent any time around police? They are the crudest bunch of people you will ever meet. That's just how it is. Really sad thing, I actually watch my language around her. I wonder what she would do if I threw out a string of expletives along with some smut terms? Maybe her head would explode.
Needless to say, when she arrives at 11 oclock, her night will be most entertaining. I love being mean.
