Yeah, so I'm now using the LJ as a place to write scenes. Play along; all scenes will be based on some sort of fact in my life. I may send out prizes to the person who pegs the truth in them (you all got Spike's Birthday, and thanks for the many wishes to him.)
Anyway, why I'm doing a "real" entry is simple: my local DJ spent the weekend up in Chicago interviewing those wierdos who make awesome music (which ones, you ask. Good question. My favorites). And he just introduced Kirk as being "The guitarist from [instert laudatory and overblown adjective] Exodus." Kirk laughed. Alan continued, "I hear you've joined a new band and that they might be good enough to do something."
Kirk, as always, flowed with it.
I love Alan Cox. Musically, the X may not be my dream station, but these jocks sure are.
The X Btw, James was obviously flattered when Alan said his first impression of The Saint was that it was an hour-long nerve.
