So I have a new car...
So yeah... my car died yesterday on the way home from work, 2 blocks from my house. And I do mean DIED. It was a 2000 Ford Taurus with only 52,000 miles on it, and yet the transmission just suddenly decided to give up. With no warning, other than my bad histroy with tranmissions. So after much debate (and about $2000 worth of help from my dad) I am now the broke proud owner of a 2008 Nissan Versa, with only 1900 miles on it, and all but 4 months of its warranty left (it had been repossessed shortly after its first purchase). So on the one hand I'm excited to have a shiny new car... but on the other I'm freaked out about having car payments again. Fingers crossed that I can make it all work!
