I got it!!!
I got the apartment!!!!! Whoo hoo!!!! I am so happy! (Refer to this post if you have no idea what I'm talking about). Looks like I'll be signing papers when I get back from vacation on Sept. 2nd or 3rd, and then moving in on the 15th or 16th. It's such a relief, knowing I got it and can start really planning what's next. I do hate the moving process, but I will be so happy when it's all done and I have a great new apartment (with an actual shower, not just a claw-foot tub with a sprayer attachment *g*). Now I can relax and enjoy my vacation even more too. I leave in a week for New York City, where I get to see 'Rent' (twice) and 'Wicked'... and museums, and parks, and shopping... *sigh* I love New York!! You know, life's pretty good sometimes... I don't feel like saying that often enough, so it's nice to feel that way now :-)
