“This is rather extreme, isn’t it?” Steel could usually boast a nonchalant attitude when it came to their assignments, but not this time.
“Not if you take it in context. The magnitude and sheer importance of the royalty to this country cannot be easily dismissed.” Sapphire arranged her hat accordingly. “We must be discreet if we are going to be successful.”
Steel rolled his eyes. “I still don’t like this.”
“Part of being discreet means fitting in, Steel. You need to dress accordingly. Now, push your hat back further from your face.”
“But I don’t even like strawberries and cream!”
